End-to-End In-House Manufacturing
Extrusion & Tape Drawing
PP resin is melted and extruded into flat tapes. Our 12 extrusion lines produce consistent tape width and tensile strength — the foundation of bag durability.

Circular Weaving
120+ circular looms weave the tapes into tubular fabric at controlled density. Weave count is adjustable from 8×8 to 14×14 per inch to match load requirements.

Lamination
BOPP and PE lamination lines apply moisture-resistant coatings to fabric rolls. Lamination weight and finish are controlled to spec for food-grade and chemical applications.

Flexo Printing
In-house 6-color flexo printing presses handle full-wrap and panel designs. We manage prepress, plate-making, and color matching internally — no outsourcing.

Cutting & Sewing
Automated cutting lines and industrial sewing machines produce finished bags with consistent seam strength. FIBC loops and liners are attached at this stage.

Packing & Export
Finished bags are baled, palletized, and prepared for container loading. We handle all export documentation, SGS inspection coordination, and container stuffing.

Quality Control
QC at Every Stage
Our in-house QC team conducts checks at raw material intake, mid-production, and finished goods — before any order ships. We maintain full traceability from resin batch to finished bag.
Raw Material Testing
PP resin MFI, tensile strength, and UV stabilizer content verified on arrival.
In-Process Inspection
Weave density, lamination adhesion, and print registration checked at each production stage.
Finished Goods Testing
Load testing, seam strength, and dimensional checks on every production batch.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Third-party SGS or Bureau Veritas inspection available on request before container loading.
